The Best Pathfinder 1e Villain Supplements for Halloween Campaigns

October is the one month of the year when your players will actually lean into horror at the table without needing to be convinced. The season does half the work for you — the atmosphere is already there. Your job is to give them villains and encounters worthy of the moment.
Unrighteous Villains: Eight Antagonists Ready to Drop In
Unrighteous Villains by Legendary Games is exactly what it sounds like: eight fully detailed antagonists at CR 9–16, each with stat blocks, motivations, tactics, and the kind of backstory that makes them feel like real threats rather than encounter table entries. These are deviant and demoniac villains designed for the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path, but they work in any campaign that needs a memorable antagonist. The CR range means they're most useful for mid-to-high level campaigns, but even if your party isn't there yet, these make excellent long-term villains — the kind you introduce early and build toward over multiple sessions.
Gothic Campaign Compendium: The Full Horror Toolkit
If you want to run a proper Halloween-season campaign rather than just a one-shot, the Gothic Campaign Compendium is the most complete horror toolkit available for Pathfinder 1e. 256 pages covering 70+ horror spells, 20+ monsters, 30 magic items, 8 Gothic NPCs, and three complete adventures. The three included adventures are particularly useful for October — they're self-contained enough to run as Halloween one-shots while being substantial enough to anchor a longer campaign.
Book of Beasts: Legendary Foes
No Halloween campaign is complete without monsters that actually feel dangerous. Book of Beasts: Legendary Foes by Jon Brazer Enterprises delivers high-level creatures with full lore and combat tactics — the kind of monsters that make experienced players nervous when they see the stat block.
