Dragon Bones: Adventures in the Gobi Desert brings four scenarios for .45 Adventure to Mongolia in the 1920s. Warlords and free-roaming bandits battle for control of the countryside, while your team of researchers and explorers races to recover fossils and get them out of the war zone to the safety of Shanghai’s International Zone.
Four scenarios and new options for .45 Adventure
Designed for 2 to 6 players, the book’s four chapters each contain a scenario that can be played in a single evening. You can also play several scenarios in one session, giving your group a choice of how much of the expedition to tackle at once.
Nine new archetypes expand the options for your figures, including Professors, Bandits, and the Dragon Lady. The book also introduces rules for mounted models and eight new skills, adding more ways to differentiate the researchers, explorers, and other figures at your table.
Put on your campaign hat and strap on your .45: the expedition’s challenge is not just finding the fossils, but getting them safely through a countryside contested by warlords and bandits.
