A proper axe deserves somewhere better to live than the bottom of a bag. This holster is handmade from 3mm vegan-tanned cowhide with antiqued brass rivets, and it rides on your belt the way it was meant to. It will complement a Viking outfit at an event, but it is built as real gear rather than a costume prop, so it holds up to being worn and used.
Fit and sizing
The loop takes belts up to 2.75 inches (5 cm) wide, which covers just about anything you already own. The sheath itself holds any item 2.5 inches (5 cm) or narrower at the head, so hatchets, hammers, and small axes all sit securely. Note that the belt is not included.
