So, what the heck are mystic knick-knacks?

They are magic, or nearly-magical, devices that are fun and interesting... and that’s about it. They aren’t game changers for anyone. Magical knick knacks don’t give you bonuses, change what skills you can work with, replace any normal tool or weapon, or generally impact the game mechanics of the game in any significant way.

These are the other items. The little useless items you are sure must exist in a world of dwarven craftsmen and spellcasters, but are rarely detailed anywhere.
