Switch between concentrated conflict and a larger Woodland

The Gorge map’s wild geography creates natural chokepoints and draws warfare toward the central clearings. That layout puts map position at the heart of the struggle. On the reverse, the Marsh can be played with the standard twelve clearings or made larger to support games with five or more players.

These are the two maps introduced in The Homeland Expansion, presented here as a neoprene mat. A copy of Root, the board game, is required to play. This is an accessory, not a standalone game.
