Super Powered Legends: Xander Drake

A self-made billionaire, Xander Drake (PL 7) clawed his way to riches through invention and shrewd investments. He then used that wealth to build Drake Industries, creating robots, military weapons, and more. But that was not enough, Xander needed more; more wealth, more power, more everything. Driven by his need to have it all, Xander found himself a rival in the hero, Spartan. Now, using the Stalin MK-II (PL 10) armor, he adds menace to his repertoire of crimes.
