Some games ask you to save the world. Thousand Year Old Vampire asks you to survive it — century after century, watching everyone you love turn to dust while you endure. It's a solo journaling RPG that puts you in the coffin of a vampire whose story you'll write one prompt at a time, making hard choices and reconciling the weight of an impossibly long life.
A Life Measured in Centuries
The game runs on a simple but evocative system: a d10 and a d6, a set of guiding Prompts, and your own imagination. Follow the Prompts and your vampire will surprise you — doing unexpected, sometimes unpleasant things that feel true to the character you're building. A speedwalk session takes about thirty minutes; a slow, reflective game full of writing and thinking might stretch two or three hours. Either way, you'll end up with a story that's entirely your own.
