With a click and a hum, the portable television turns itself on. Static rolls across the screen. After a moment, through the static, you see the outline of a person. You recognize him. He's running, looking over his shoulder. He falls, and another figure fills the screen. Then the screaming starts.

Three modern horror scenarios take the characters from a labyrinthine junkyard to a condemned prison, then into their own memories. Play Signal, Decay and Noise as stand-alone sessions or as the linked campaign presented in the book.

Three Scenarios, Rules and Solo Tools

  • Signal: navigate a labyrinthine junkyard to rescue a missing friend.
  • Decay: enter a condemned prison to save that friend once again.
  • Noise: explore the characters' memories as they try to save themselves.

The book includes An Abbreviated Horror RPG, a rules-lite system modeled after Liminal Horror. You can play entirely with these included rules, or use the adventures with Liminal Horror.

Alone in the Dark provides solo-play procedures and oracles. Each adventure uses procedures designed to build tension progressively and facilitate solo or GM-less play with that toolset.

UHF Contact is an independent production by M. Allen Hall and is not affiliated with Goblin Archives LLC. It is published under the Liminal Horror Third Party License. Liminal Horror is copyright Goblin Archives LLC.
