REFUND POLICY

Digital Products:
- Digital products (PDFs, digital downloads) are non-refundable once successfully downloaded.
- If you experience technical issues with downloads, contact us at help@opengamingstore.com for assistance.
- Download links never expire - access your purchases anytime from your account. There is a default limit of 10 downloads per product but that can be reset.

Physical Products:
- Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unopened condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective.
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return.
- Refunds issued to original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items:
- Contact us immediately if items arrive damaged or defective.
- We'll provide replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
- Photos of damage may be requested

How to Request a Refund:
1. Contact us through our contact page within 30 days.
2. Provide order number and reason for return.
3. We'll provide return authorization and instructions.
4. Ship item back with tracking.
5. Refund processed upon receipt.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by submitting a cancellation request through your account. We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, and personalized or custom-made items.
