The runecaster is a new class for the first edition of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. No less a user of magic than mystics and technomancers, the runecaster taps into a magic older, and more primal and unpredictable, than spells. Each runecaster learns a selection of runes to augment their own abilities, aid their allies, reveal knowledge and lore, or hinder their foes. Some runecasters focus on using runes to be more effective combatants, while others turn to their runes to gain information and depend on their companions’ to carry the power of runes into combat.
Part eldritch linguist, part warrior, part wielder of ancient magic that defines reality itself, the runecaster is a flexible, effective new character class that taps into its own unique source of power.
