The Powered Hero Basic Class

The Powered Hero was first introduced in the original Otherverse America Core Rulebook, and dramatically expanded in the Psi-Watch Unlimited Edition. The version here was originally slated for inclusion in the revised Otherverse America campaign setting, but became a stand alone project. As lengthy, complex and comprehensive as the Powered Hero write up ended up becoming, it deserves the breathing room of its own sourcebook. Though specifically designed for the war-torn future of Otherverse America, this new Basic Class is also an excellent standalone superhero creation system. With a little work, you can build virtually any kind of modern superhero using the Powered Hero Basic Class.
