Andrew Deville was crippled when he threw himself on a grenade to save his US Army unit. Unwilling to give up on himself, Andrew underwent an experimental procedure that he would likely not survive, but he did survive, and gained superhuman abilities from it.

Once recovered, Andrew helped to found White Hats, Incorporated. This collection of skilled and super-humans offer their services to investigate crime, serve as bodyguards, and provide anti-Meta security to their clientele. As Anvil (PL 8), Andrew sees a chance to affect real change in his community.

Super Powered Legends. Because sometimes you a need a character everyone knows, even if they're meeting them for the first time.
